New X-men Supreme Artwork - Issue 22: Family and Fiends Part 1

Happy Labor Day from the world of X-men Supreme! I hope everybody is enjoying their holiday. I'm still hard at work on the new issue for the X-men Supreme fanfiction series. The next issue in the Overlord saga is still scheduled for release later this week. In the meantime I have a very special update to make. I received another wonderful commission from Brian Brinlee. I know I always make a big deal of this, but I feel his work is one of the best parts of the pics section on this website. Today, he began his commissions on X-men Supreme Volume 2: War Powers. It started with the first issue, Issue 22: Family and Fiends Part 1. It's a great piece with a great sense of scenery. I think it is one of his best yet! I know I say that a lot, but I'll let the piece speak for itself. You can see it in the pics section.

As always, I deeply appreciate Brian Brinlee taking the time to do commissions for this website. Please don't forget that the X-men Supreme fanfiction series is always open to submitted artwork. X-men Supreme Update - New Pics Section for X-Couples

I'm still buzzing from the last issue of X-men Supreme. I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out! This fanfiction series continues to grow and I'm working hard to make sure it grows in many different ways. The Sinister Intent arc was a big moment in a number of ways. It introduced a new adversary in Sinister. It changed the mutant abilities of Rogue. It also brought together Cyclops and Jean Grey, two characters whose relationship had gone through many upheavals since the beginning of this series. Since they are such an iconic pairing in the comics, movies, and cartoons it's only fitting that their relationship be a big deal here in X-men Supreme. However, don't expect to see the same type of relationship that's been shown in many mediums before. Cyclops and Jean Grey's relationship will be different in a number of ways. It already is as has been revealed in issues like Memory Musings. It will be a major theme as this fanfiction series moves forward.

In the spirit of the Cyclops/Jean relationship, I've put together a new area of the pics section. This one is dedicated to the famous couples of the X-men. Relationships within X-men have always been part of the appeal of the stories. They've let to some of the most iconic plots in the history of Marvel comics. So it's only fitting that one of the X-men's most iconic pair get a section dedicated to them. I've assembled a number of immages including a few commissions. They are the first, but I intend to add more couples down the line.

X-men Couples - Cyclops and Jean Grey

I'm excited about this new section since I know there are many X-men fans out there that love certain relationships. I hope to do every relationship in X-men justice as the story unfolds. If at any point you want to voice your opinion or disapproval of a certain couple, I'm always willing to discuss it. X-men Supreme Update - Pics, Juggernaut Bio, and New Commission From Brian Brinlee!

Time for a major update! I've been doing a lot of smaller updates for X-men Supreme lately so I decided to include every one of them in a single package. Between growing this fanfiction series, I've also been working on the bios and pics section. I know I recently did an update for the X-women section, I did not include an update for Rogue and Jean Grey. Well I've finally caught up! These two famous X-ladies have been given a healthy dose of fresh pics in their respective sections. They tend to be popular with artists (and who can blame them?) so there is usually a lot of material to add.

If that weren't enough, X-men Supreme also received another wonderful commission recently from the always talented Brian Brinlee. His wonderful contributions to this fanfiction series have really helped make it special and I hope everybody here takes time to thank him for his hard work. His latest piece takes place in Issue 12: Revenge of Weapon X Part 3 and provides a wonderful depiction of the awesome power of Magneto. It was a great moment in the history of this fanfiction series and Mr. Brinlee captured it perfectly! So after you're done checking out the Rogue and Jean's pics, be sure to check out Brian's latest masterpiece. It's every bit as awesome as an X-men fan could hope for.

X-men Supreme Commissions - Panels

The pics are all well and good, but art is only part of what makes X-men Supreme awesome. I also took some time to update the bios section. The latest issue of X-men Supreme entitled The Unstoppable Juggernaut introduced every X-men fan's favorite unstoppable force. As such, I've created an entry in the bios page that further explains his character in the world of X-men Supreme. There are some minor differences between this version and his comic book counterpart. Those differences will be further explored as this fanfiction series continues to unfold. So for those of you who couldn't get enough Juggernaut, you now have his story!

So that should do it! This giant-sized update for X-men Supreme is complete! The bios and pics section should both be up to speed. Now I can focus on developing the next issue. I'll have a preview ready as always both here and on the X-men Supreme Official Blog. I know Juggernaut wasn't the only character I introduced in the last issue. John "Thunderbird" Proudstar made his debut as well. I do plan on doing a bios entry for him as well, but not until after the next issue. Thunderbird is featured heavily in this issue and his bio may spoil a few things. So stay tuned! There is still plenty to come from the X-men Supreme fanfiction series.
